Purpose: To ensure financial stability for the Parish and review Saint Paschal Baylon’s monthly financial statements to review actual vs. planned revenues and expenses. This group is responsible for preparing the annual budget for the Church and the School to ensure the proper financial direction for the Parish. Finance Council reviews and coordinates major capital expenditure projects. This group is also responsible, with the assistance of an outside advisor, for managing the investments of the School Endowment Fund.

Background: A basic understanding of financial statements and the ability to help prioritize financial demands.
